After graduating from Novosibirsk State University in 1997, Roman started working as Lotus Notes & Domino developer and system administrator in one of the major outsourcing companies in Russia. Later, while working as a project leader and customer relations manager, including work in the United States in 2000-2001 on customer sites, Roman gained experience and knowledge needed to lead customer relations in our company.
